Finance Manager
Job Description:
Responsibility 1: Responsible for establishing and optimizing standardized management processes for corporate financial management; Responsibility 2: Responsible for establishing a financial pre accounting control system with R&D projects as the accounting unit, conducting effective cost and expense control and value evaluation analysis; Responsibility 3: Responsible for the process control of preparing annual and monthly financial budgets and budget execution, conducting regular financial analysis activities, and providing timely and effective financial analysis for company decision-making; Responsibility 4: Responsible for the preparation and review of the company's financial statements; Responsible for corporate tax planning work; Responsibility 5: Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important matters of the company, provide financial analysis and decision-making basis for the business development and external investment of the enterprise; Responsible for guiding other financial management tasks such as bookkeeping and asset management.

Intellectual Property
Job Description:
1. Organize patent mining meetings and project review meetings to assist inventors in writing technical disclosure documents; 2. Write and review patent application documents based on technical disclosure documents; 3. Reply and handle OA; 4. Retrieve and analyze information on technology, products, manufacturers, etc. to provide data reference for the company's research and development direction, product selection, and other work; 5. Handle company intellectual property matters such as authorization, transfer, and litigation; 6. Organize intellectual property related training to cultivate innovative thinking and awareness of intellectual property protection among company employees.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electronic Information, Communication, and Factory Automation; 2. More than 5 years of experience in intellectual property work; 3. English proficiency level 4 or above, able to read and translate English patent literature; 4. Patent agent qualification certificate; 5. Serious and responsible, strong communication skills, and strong learning ability.
